Individual Therapy
Short, mid or long-term exploratory and supportive therapy that attends to a range of issues such as, amongst others, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, physical symptoms, relationships, work, life changes. Therapy is also for those who wish to engage in a deepening of their relationship with themselves and the meaning of their lives.
In-person and online sessions available.
Groups
Applications are open for the next Trauma/PTSD Support group starting 1st May 2021. This is a closed group of max 10 members (mixed gender) meeting for 6 sessions on a Saturday morning. Members explore and process their experiences of living with Trauma/PTSD symptoms within the safety of my guided facilitation and the support of the group.
Venue: Takapuna, Auckland North Shore
