
Individual Therapy
Short, mid or long-term exploratory and supportive therapy that attends to a range of issues such as, amongst others, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, physical symptoms, relationships, work, life changes. Therapy is also for those who wish to engage in a deepening of their relationship with themselves and the meaning of their lives.
In-person and online sessions available.
Groups
Applications are open for the next Trauma/PTSD Support group starting Summer 2021. This is a closed group of max 8 members meeting weekly. Members explore and process their experiences of living with Trauma/PTSD symptoms within the safety of my guided facilitation.
