Individual Therapy

Short, mid or long-term exploratory and supportive therapy that attends to a range of issues such as, amongst others, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, physical symptoms, relationships, work, life changes. Therapy is also for those who wish to engage in a  deepening of their relationship with themselves and the meaning of their lives.

In-rooms, outdoors walk-and-talk and online sessions available. 

Groups

Applications and inquiries are open for the next Trauma/PTSD Support group starting Summer 2022. This group (mixed gender) will meet weekly for 8 sessions.  Members learn about, explore and process their experiences of living with Trauma/PTSD symptoms within the safety of my guided facilitation and the support of the group.
